The safety and health of our guests as well as our employees at our Mileno, Inc. properties are our top priority during this uncertain time. We have been working hard to establish new health and safety standards at the units we own and lease at Marina Cabo Plaza. We are monitoring the Coronavirus situation and are taking action based on guidance from local and federal health experts from both Mexico and USA. We want you to be at ease, knowing that your safety and well-being are of the upmost importance during your stay.

In order to maintain a safe environment and address guest concerns, we are taking specific measures to ensure a healthy and clean environment. Although our cleaning protocols have always been important, we have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting with a focus on highly used and commonly touched surfaces throughout our property to include door handles, countertops, tabletops, faucet handles, bathrooms, air conditioning units, room keys, remotes, towels, linens, and much more by using additional cleaning products that meet EPA guidelines.

We have also implemented a 48-72 hour check-out to check-in window between guest stays to allow ample time for additional cleaning and room decompression time.

We encourage our guests to help do their part to keep themselves and others safe during their time in Cabo. We are suggesting these basic recommendations for our guests to follow during their stay:

  • Frequent hand washing and sanitizing.
  • Wear a facemask in public spaces.
  • Social Distance (6ft or 1.80 m) in common areas.
  • If you have any physical illness, please report it to our Concierge for assistance.
