Yes! You are in the heart of Cabo San Lucas and can walk to everything Cabo has to offer in minutes. Restaurants, bars, malls, movie theatre and much more are literally right outside the lobby door!. We also have five restaurants attached to the complex that serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and happy hour.

Check-in is 3:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. There will be a late check out fee of $50.00 if not previously arranged before departure. Should your travels be delayed for any reason, just let us know ahead of time if you are scheduled to arrive later than 9:00 pm so we can make arrangements for you to check-in.

Yes! We recently installed a high speed router in our rooms at no additional charge to you! Unlike several of the rooms at Marina Cabo Plaza that claim to have wifi, it’s actually the wifi only accessible down in the lobby.

Yes, there is a minimum three night stay on non-holiday dates. Major holidays there is a three to five night minimum stay.

In order to keep our prices low, we only offer a mid-week cleaning for six or more night reservations but we are temporarily suspending this service during COVID-19 for the safety of our guest and our cleaning staff. If you run out of amenities during your stay such as complimentary shampoo, soap, coffee supplies, toiletries, etc., there is a mini market on our ground floor level where you can purchase additional items.

Each unit is individually owned. You are renting from Mileno, Inc., an American owned and operated LEGAL Mexican Corporation that manages all aspects of your stay including check-in, check-out, housekeeping and any issues that may arise 24 hours a day. We aren’t just owners, we’re guests too!

There is a full size refrigerator, microwave/convection oven combo, toaster, blender, two burner hot pad, dishware, cookware, Tupperware and Nestle coffee pod machine. The hotel does not offer room service, but there are dozens of places to eat very early to very late just outside the lobby on the marina!

We have factored in the check-out cleaning fee of up to $50.00 that the other units charge their guest upon check-out to be included into our nightly rental charge. Why should you have to pay to clean our room?!

Unlike the majority of the rentals at Marina Cabo Plaza, Mileno. Inc., is a Mexican corporation that can rent their units LEGALLY by claiming revenue and paying the 19% IVA tax to SAT (the Mexican IRS). This not only protects our investments, it protects our guests from any possible disruptions from the government should they discover illegal renting in the unit in which they are staying.  Should you be charged any IVA tax at Marina Cabo Plaza, please ask them for their RFC tax ID number issued by SAT before paying it. This is a common and dishonest way to charge extra money to tourists that may see this tax on other hotel bookings in the area.   

It can sleep two to three people depending on the unit. There is a regular bed and either a futon couch or sofa sleeper with extra linens provided.

For the comfort of our non-smoking guests, we do not allow smoking of any kind inside the room including e-cigs, but smoking is permitted on the terrace attached to the room and around the hotel. Please clean up after your smoking to avoid an additional cleaning disposal fee.

We love pets! But unfortunately, Marina Cabo Plaza has a strict no pets policy for owners and hotel guests.

No! We have a minimum age to check in of 23 years old. Marina Cabo Plaza is not a party hotel. Our goal is give you and other guests of the hotel a relaxing, enjoyable stay. We have a strict no tolerance policy and will remove any ‘Spring Breakers’ with no refunds.
